How long does it take to enroll my student?
Within 24hrs of payment you will receive a confirmation email containing Login details and steps for logging into your students class.
Is enrollment "Automated"?
No.
Each enrollment is personally processed by a human. If you have any questions you are more than welcome to contact this human through the contact page at any time.
Is there an enrollment fee?
No.
The "Typing Campus" is $14.97 per month per student.
How do I cancel an account?
Send us an email through the Contact Us page and state your wish to cancel.
How do I get my money refunded if I choose to cancel my account?
There are no refunds for canceled accounts. If you cancel an account that is automatically charged for the next month, canceling up to three days before the end of the month (billing cycle) will ensure that you will not be charged for an additional month.
